Ashleigh Moten is a member of the Platform Operations team at Beacons Point that brings her customer service expertise into the fold. With a background in Fintech and marketing, Ashleigh used her analytical mind to identify patterns that maximized growth opportunities and provided solutions to enhance the customer-facing experience and the client-facing experience. Equal parts left and right brain, you can find her making music nearly every day; She is an accomplished producer and classically trained musician.
Ashleigh's UI experience and understanding of efficient interactivity were born out of need, by creating websites for herself to promote her music and run a record label on a shoestring budget while completing her degree in Marketing from The University of Michigan.
Somer is an experienced videographer, editor, and colorist who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Television, Film, and New Media Production from San Diego State University. Driven by her passion for visual arts, Somer takes pride in delivering the best videos possible.

Sabina discovered her keenness for strategic and creative storytelling in college while working on campaigns for brands such as CHOC Hospital and Wienerschnitzel. As a Content Strategist at Beacons Point, Sabina works with the BP team to create engaging content that helps her clients reach their prospective customers and hit their goals.
By day, you can find her nose-deep in SEMRush, talking to clients, or editing content (AP Style Guide in hand). By night, she spends her time hanging out with friends and family, training with her MMA team, or making playlists on Spotify. Karen is the Platform Operator at Beacons Point. As a Web Designer turned Platform Operator, she has developed a unique perspective on Automation and UI/UX Design Integration. She has spent the last two years creating custom modules, improving unique HubSpot themes, and is currently most passionate about her work at the front-end development stage of the content building process.
Karen has an Engineer’s Degree in Digital Graphic Design from CETYS University in Tijuana, Mexico. When she’s not deep into a task, you can assume she’s either playing Rocket League, taking a beauty nap, or taking a walk with her two chihuahuas, Frankie (James) & Capone (that’s right, two outlaw names for the irony of it).
Brian is a co-founder and the current Director of Platform Operations at Beacons Point. He loves diving into complex data or technology challenges to develop efficient solutions that better serve our clients. Brian started his digital marketing career more than 16 years ago, first working in Lifestyle Marketing for Sony Music. He then transitioned to Columbia Records, where he ran the company’s grassroots digital marketing outreach.
After his tenure at Columbia, Brian moved to Strategic Artist Management where he ran all digital responsibilities for their roster of artists, including Dixie Chicks, Pamela Anderson, Miranda Lambert, and many more. When not neck deep into HubSpot, you’ll find Brian hacking his way through a local golf course and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Alex Meade learned the importance of building meaningful relations from his dad, the Spam salesman. No, he didn't eat much Spam as a kid, but he did watch his dad take time to talk and understand everyone in his life. Alex has spent his career building relationships and marketing strategies to help B2B businesses find growth.
Today, Alex is the VP of Sales & Marketing at Beacons Point, a leader of HubSpot User Groups, the host of the B2B Growth Marketer Podcast, and a collector of Kurt Vonnegut books and San Diego craft beer.
As Beacons Point’s Senior Content Strategist, Max leads the development of campaigns across several industries ranging from industrial to education. Max joined the Beacons Point team in 2019, bringing a fresh perspective in content, SEO, and paid advertising from his experience working in-house for companies in the hospitality, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors.
When he’s not at the drawing board building and executing client campaigns, you can find Max “relaxing” on the golf course, at the beach, or in his season ticket seats — section 118 at Petco Park — cheering on the Padres.
Mobin began his career as a photographer for an Iranian magazine, gaining unparalleled experience in the creative space, while also establishing himself as a respected visual artist.
Currently working as a video producer for Beacons Point in the United States, Mobin is widely known for his creativity, perseverance, and entrepreneur expertise. Although he has traveled around the world as a refugee, Mobin is proud to call San Diego home.

Ross Nelson has been in creative media production since 2003 and currently serves as the Director of Content at Beacons Point. His passion for content creation can be traced back to his early days in the recording studio with nationally known bands and then moving on to production for national TV and radio campaigns with major brands.
Ross loves working with the BP content team to create unique, meaningful content that puts our clients in the spotlight. Outside of work, Ross likes to think of himself as a DIY home improvement warrior and a craft cocktail aficionado.
Ashley is the Client Success Manager at Beacons Point. She is passionate about helping her clients develop brand awareness, drive leads, and close deals. Since graduating from San Diego State University (go Aztecs!), she has spent her career evolving in marketing, with experience in public relations, advertising, event marketing, and digital content marketing. More often than not, you can find Ashley's paw-sonal assistant, Zoey, by her side.
